@Rasp I'm sorry that it's been such a struggle for you--you're not alone. Far from it, in fact. I'm an escapist, myself. Fantasy can be a lifesaver.I just wanted to say that, based on your posting, it's pretty clear that you have a lot of wonderful qualities, and I hope that you do one day feel very loved and very appreciated. @Rasp Something I've noticed is that those among my friends who have a hard time feeling loved also have a hard time loving themselves. It seems to me that, if they can't understand why they're worthy of love, then they can't accept others loving them, even when it's made explicit.
