       Despite the money troubles, limited time and unlimited danger i still have an important mission - to make an #openhardware #space ship. Because i still think it is the only thing that can truly return one full control over one's own life.And i do want this control.So... i think I need to org myself adequately to get there.

       Organizing #fedijam 5 times taught me the importance of regularity and pacing myself to keep both me and others in the loop. The regularity itself has a great value whenever i want for others to participate in my projects. When people know what to expect they can invest their time and effort.#Narrative #writing studies help even more with balancing different stimuli into shiny, sparkly, but most of all, meaningful vortices.

       I think i need to move forward with my ambitions. The time will never be right and the longer it takes the more i just feel i am betraying myself.Yes, it will take becoming a genius manager of a tiny time budget, but becoming one is achievable if taken seriously i think.

       @Zach777 Most probably overestimating own abilities, but not sarcasm.I was thinking about this for at least 5 years now. Libre #space ships combined with a large number of asteroids in the solar system mean true freedom of association and open up experiments in both community building and autonomous individual living. And easier evasion from oppressive folks of various kind.Looking at #fediverse specifically, I think that's what I personally want at least for myself.

       @houkimenator Sounds really neat. Good luck with that. Not an easy undertaking. I would definitely suggest hanging out with us at Moonwards and the folks in the toughSF community. Unless you are just creating diagrams and blueprints for the ship by themselves, you will need a team of people. Space ships need radiation hardened computers and robust auto-pilots.

       @Zach777 It takes more than just a team. It takes a community, and ultimately an ecosystem, like Linux userspace.Fedijams taught me that if i want a community that does something even remotely new, i need to educate people, provide some immediate value and a fun way to exercise new skills.
