       @linmob Well I mean purism kinda earned it for themselves. Also they kinda deserve it. Their policy-change on the refunds is really shitty, basically they keep my money hostage at this point. Just waiting for my spot in the lineto get my money back eventually

       @linmob I just kinda think purism has just bitten off to much for them to chew. Their skills with software seem fairly good seeing what they are accomplishing with phosh and PureOS. I think they just have skipped hardware and work on software instead fully. Their marketing is just screwing them over way too much. Working with a good hardware manufacturer might have spared them a lot of shit. Someone like fairphone maybe. Though their phones use snapdragons so that would be a showstopper.

       @Stefan Focussing on making software – I've thought about that, but then how to generate income in a world where people expect software to be essentially free (whether FOSS or non-foss)? Also, at the time they started the Librem 5, nobody made anything close to what they had decided would be the right thing to make. It's a sad story.
