@solidsanek jokes aside i think whenever you have an impulse to just say "everything" there is a valuable exercise in trying to pinpoint exact reasonseven if you end up finding out you're a waste of oxygen that has only br- anyway

@tost @Luchtspieg how do you work on toning it down? By loving yourself more and have better self-esteem I'm assuming.I'm not saying you should never seek reassurance, but it shouldn't be something too present imo. Like those straight relationships you see on tv where one has so little self-esteem that they get overly jealous and paranoid because they think so lowly of themselves they assume their SO will leave them at any opportunity they get. This is draining, and while I'd never reach such extremes, having more self-esteem is something I'd rather prefer having to avoid any kind of toxic behaviour in a relationship. But idk really I'm just worried of being accidentally a mess and annoying and paranoid and all that
