@cryptpad Two questions for help: a colleague created a document and pasted text from an offline doc into it. That worked. However, the diagrams could not be pasted into it. How can we do that? And confusingly there regularly occurs an error with the doc and it cannot be opened anymore... happened several times now and we are quite confused and stressed. Any idea what we are doing wrong here?! Thanks for help!

@kiki we released the the "doc" editor on an early access basis (announced here: https://blog.cryptpad.org/2021/10/21/Announcing-new-apps/).We still consider this editor experimental and display a warning at the time of the document's creation (see the screenshot).Since you never had an opportunity to see this warning but were affected anyway, we'll consider displaying a more prominent notice.

@kiki In the meantime, the "rich text" editor is far more stable. Its functionality is less advanced, but you might have a better experience using that in the meantime.Assuming you're using cryptpad.fr (and not a third-party instance), and if the contents of your document are not extremely sensitive, then you could share access to the document to help us identify why it became unusable.
