       Guess I have to waste a pin on this, but as thr admin on this instance, I worry about this one. I do not tell other people how to run theirs. That's the great thing about the Fediverse. We have options and tools to use to make our experiences what we want, with no algorithms disrupting us. Don't tell me how to run mine. And someone I've never seen before threatening a block or mute really isn't a loss. We'll be fine.

       @Heimdall @TonyStark For the most part, we only cw: movie and tv spoilers on the instance. We can let people enjoy their entertainment. Everyone needs a break from the harshness of the world.People use their social media differently. If you want to curate your feed so that only cat pictures and waterfalls show up, I don't have a problem with that. You can block or mute us. We get to discuss what we want though. There are chefs who post pictures of meals they make (or just people who like to photograph their food!) and there are people who want any mention to food to have a cw. If you're on the internet, it's your responsibility to manage your own feed. I wish I didn't have to block every Nazi I see so that I, and the rest of the people on the instance, don't have to deal with them, but that's what our mod team does.

If the world was better, we wouldn't have to talk about the things we do.I'm thankful there's a space to do it. People who don't want to see something aren't the victim here.
