If you can recommend only one #linux book for a beginner, what is your recommendation?

@saenzjj Depends on what you want to learn. It has become quite hard to find good #books in english on #GNU / #Linux for absolute #beginners - at least one that isn't from 10+ years ago. If you only want to try it out a little, mostly #Gnome or #KDE, a bit of #LibreOffice etc. you'll probably be fine with introductions you find around the web. But you should accompany it with something like The Linux Command Line, 2nd Edition by William Shotts from No Starch Press:https://nostarch.com/tlcl2

@saenzjj I wouldn't recommend any Linux books other that the Linux source code - as it's all there.I recommend this GNU book though: https://shop.fsf.org/books-docs/free-software-free-society-selected-essays-richard-m-stallman-3rd-edition
