@Gina oh, no these are extremely simple!- 1 big (over)ripe banana- 35gr flour- 50gr oatmeal - some vanilla extract- 50gr chocolate chipsPut everything except chocolate in a bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix, then place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20min. Turn around after ~12min to brown them at both sides and that’s it! Not saying these are healthy, but it’s not that far off and I really like them 😋

Job-hunting, flat-hunting, not much luck in either so far, though in fairness, I just started the job-hunting, mainly in the hopes of improving my chances with the flat-hunting. Getting a new flat here in The Hague is just crazy.I've done cookies like that. They are surprisingly good.
