I would actually argue somewhat to the contrary, along with Girard, that the incest taboo is metaphysically prior to sexual attraction as such. Incestuous desire is not the *effect* of having a conventionally-attractive blood relative, indeed in a therapeutic context it is understood that incestuous *desire* is frequently directed at family members who are not "attractive" by conventional standards. On the contrary, sexual desire is an expression of the even more primal psychological forces underlying the incest taboo. @DK_Dharmaraj @lovemetails perhaps this is just reiterating your point, but I think that young boys and girls have a quality of attraction towards their opposite parental sex that orientates them to have genuine sexual attraction for the opposite sex later on in life. Whatever the origins for this may be is beyond me, but the jews certainly use this as a means of attacking healthy family formation and ones own psychology and moral development.

@DK_Dharmaraj @nugger @lovemetails i'm pretty sure the effect is real. like other human characteristics, the strength of it varies quite a lot from one individual to another. we humans have plenty of diversity. there is a strong attraction for the 'other' in sexual desire. other sex, nonfamily members -- other races, otoh, may be seen as different species. and this destruction of social norms is clearly engineered as part of a population-reduction effort. it is calculated, it is real, it is being pushed from the highest levels of power. children groomed for every type of perversion, novel disease germs, and now the cancellation of agriculture and disruption of supply chains. race war, political war, intergenerational war, religious war. the mob currently meeting in Davos means to kill billions.

White people mainly just want to have sex with other White people, and because the incest taboo is so inextricably bound up with sexual desire as such, it just doesn't serve as any kind of check on sexual fantasies in general. so what you end up with is a kind of "safe space" for Whites to explicitly and exclusively fantasize about sexual relations with other Whites, where moreover *the fantasy doesn't work* unless both sexual partners are White.

I was trying to communicate that the social enforcement of the incest taboo is necessary for that development. Otherwise, it leaves the door open for confusing that latent attraction to the other sex as a genuine attraction to your mother, which Jewish incest porn promotes. Thanks for the feedback. @DK_Dharmaraj @philmchawk @nugger @lovemetails I'll take a crack at the popularity angle: because it stimulates emotional bonds. People want relationships, not just skin-friction until release. Incest allows a degree of immediate familiarity with the relationship in question (everyone has a mom). I'm sure we could break this down into far more niche detail and complexity than is necessary ("let's compare brother-stepsister and daddy-daughter"), but the basic point stands. This sort of ties into a general Western (Liberal?) fear of intimacy due to a lack of structures to guide it. Tinder and other dating apps facilitate this (you don't need to be intimate, it's just for the sex).Also any society in Africa or Australia with an "avoidance language" has an incest problem; they have a special dialect that limits how you can communicate with certain other parties to avoid incest, essentially. Not using the avoidance language properly is a huge no-no (dirty talking with your sister means other men will kick your ass). This doesn't count for Papuans whose avoidance languages are different.
