       so here's something silly: the obs plugin for blackmagic capture cards can't downmix surround sound audio correctly, and since that's the only audio mode the ps4 will output, you can't stream gameplay with sound at all: https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=113921i thought i had the funniest possible workaround, which was plugging the headphone output from the ps4 controller into my computer's mic input, but predictably that sounded like ass

       HOWEVER, i'm using an hdmi splitter to also send the ps4 to my second monitor, and if i plug that monitor's audio out into the computer, it sounds mostly normal:sicko:
