       Fox Hunt agents have been the subject of several recent indictments for intelligence-related activities that included coercion, kidnapping, and recruiting U.S. law enforcement personnel as agents to assist in their pursuit of Chinese dissidents. It remains to be seen, but is highly probable that Chou was associated with Fox Hunt or one of several offshoots of the program. – M.M.
