       @tedu i’m seeing a bunch of failed to post json to https://honk.tedunangst.com/u/tedu/inbox: http post status: 418errors when i try to add a honker. haha funny 418 in your case but it’s a 401 everywhere else.

       @x I don't see anything wrong now. one thing is make sure nginx isn't caching and returning the html for json gets. you can check with curl -H "Accept: application/ld+json".

       ah ok. it appears to be serving the json correctly. what i noticed is it works for some instances:successful post: https://merveilles.town/users/neauoire/inbox 202failed to post json to https://honk.tedunangst.com/u/tedu/inbox: http post status: 418failed to post json to https://toot.icyphox.sh/users/x/inbox: http post status: 400successful post: https://merveilles.town/users/nerdypepper/inbox 202so that’s curious. i’m running latest tip btw.
