@stux C'è chi considera inesistente l'ora "zero", per cuiinizia a contare dall'1:00 fino alle 24:59. Sono sempre 24h.I will translate only thisSOME consider the ZERO hour as non existent, so they start counting from 1:00 to 24:59. it's always 24 hours.that programmer must be one of these "some"

@stux I think it's just how time works. like technically 12:00 AM is technically midnight because 12:01 AM is the next day.
