       @db1047 Classic "Flammenkuchen":Flat ground dough (max. 2mm) and no folding. Put Creme Fraiche (like Smedka?) on the ground layer. Salt + pepper, then add halfed onion rings and bacon on top. Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 250 degree.That's all.
