@kdrummond probably. maybe i am a bit affected of the distrohopper virus. tough it's not that bad. I usually install a fresh system 2-4x per year

@tinfoilhat Guilty too. Think I have gone from Xubuntu, to MX Linux, Debian, Debian Testing, Debian did, and not back to Debian stable... Just this year! Debian LXQT was in there somewhere too. Treat Fosstodon like a distrohoppers anonymous group :D

@kdrummond this year was for my main machine debian which i fu**ed up by deleting timeshift backups, which were symlinked to my entire system, which also got deleted (better use the gui). Then I tried Debian Sid, which I didn't like so i installed for convinience LMDE 5. But the Debian installation, that I accidently deleted was 6 Months old (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

@tinfoilhat Personally never got on with Timeshift, always found Deja Dup good enough. Tried LMDE too, again just prefer stock Debian Xfce with my preferred tweaks. Sid/testing just do not seem to be worth it when using Xfce. Do like the effort going into LXQT, just does not feel 'complete' yet.
