I haven't been invested in any of this enough to know that, but even so my loose perception has been that Nick/AF generally has a moderate amount more reach. The TRS defense force at least talks about these things like they're the righteous underdogs. Neither has captured serious mainstream mindshare after years of trying and it seems like all these little ideological fiefdoms have a poor signal to noise ratio.

Abandoning politics to your enemies is suicide. Secondly, I have a large local community and plan to have a family, both indepently of anything TRS says or achieves. You are framing it as an either-or, which simply isn't the case.
