It’s Mother’s Day in NZ and my wife has been away for eight days visiting my father-in-law (better her than me).The kids are making cards and then we will take the dog out for a walk before she gets home.Domestic bliss.And before you ask @MMA I have indeed tidied up the domicile.

@Andre @Shannon14850 @Bleukitty @Rumblestone @MMA Speaking of chainsaws. Been watching my neighbor finally cut down his tree that has been dead for years. As they got part of it down and cut it into sections the chain came off. At this point my neighbor told his buddy, “well I guess that means it’s time for another beer”. I’m waiting for the show to begin again. I’ll keep you posted if the paramedics are required.

@Andre @Bleukitty @Rumblestone @MMA That makes sense to me. I'm sure you have been around some things.I feel like I have some super-mama BS sensor about what happens while I am away. Those two (chainsaws and ladders) have too much disaster potential for me to cope from a distance. It also goes with out saying that no one is allowed on the roof when I'm gone. I'm just no fun, I guess.
