       @realcaseyrollins Most likely. Blockchain doesn't necessarily have to be the wasteful cryptocurrency type even though that's by far the most common type

       @realcaseyrollins from my understanding, matrix is a bit designed like this (like git). matrix is like a distributed db, xmpp is stream multiplexing.i don't know about xmpp, but there is the pinecone (iirc) experiment for matrix where each user has his own server in the browser, which is dendrite compiled to wasm.
