       @vriska (fwiw a small amount of this is redundant copies of data to reduce loading times on mechanical drives. arguably this wouldn't be necessary if there was less data in the first place though)

       @vriska its actually a better plan for space to emulate the switch version of the new lego star wars than downloading the pc version.granted it runs like shit lol (cool that it does run considering its a current gen console)I remember the days when we were told we could just download the assets that we would want/need to save on space....        @vriska No Mans Sky is ~8 GB and simulates multiple galaxies of (relatively) unique planets looking awesome. The people who care about graphics aren't the problem, the problem are developers that use a separate texture for everything instead of using the ever increasing computing power to modify a few existing ones.
