@Zerglingman Thatās not the point, I want something worth caring about. Currently itās not. Like afaik, if you want something more open and decentralized, you just donāt use DNS, period ā the closest thing I can think of is Ethereum Naming Service/Namecoin and yikes. And if I just want to replace the authority, Iām gonna demand one which cares more about privacy and standards than one which has for years neglected something as basic imho as DNSSEC.

@shanermonroe you mean, disabling the read-only filesystem? Yes, but I wanted to learn if Developer Mode would keep that intact and allow something like automating pacman -r into a loopback device or somethingā¦ would have been neat, but ofc it wonāt do that

Keep in mind, this one issue is specific to Super Mario Galaxy (because the goo uses a specific feature called āScaled EFB Copyā which seems CPU intensive), but the fact is that, out of the box, the Deck emulates the Gamecube worse than any current phone. And this seems to be because of how little cores there are, and furthermore it seems to me like is quite close to just splitting each thread 50-50 per core, which could explain the lower than expected single core IPC.
