@Gina Interesting question. I simply used the browser some time ago, even though batch uploading has never worked this way and I could not create albums from individually uploaded images, that I wanted to group together for sharing. 🙄

@Gina I post directly from my (iOS) app, MetaText. I believe this will work with any app on any platform. I added my pixelfed account to MetaText and just post from there. Some features missing from web experience but not bad.

@Gina There's several apps on F-Droid that claim to be able to do it. PixelDroid or Fedilab seem to work okay.

@Gina They recently added support for APIs used by Mastodon apps… So maybe your favorite app for Mastodon also works for Pixelfed…(I've set my account up in Tusky, though still haven't posted as I don't encounter interesting stuff to share…)
