I don't want to get too deep into it since I'm not a professional at all when it comes to neurodivergenge or the politics regarding it. However I think that the cases that need external help overshadows all the success stories of so many autistic people.Claiming that a "cure" for autism is a "solution" in any regards has eugenics vibes to me and I would never support any organization using their funds for that. If the parents are not able to provide a sufficient moral framework for children to understand the world around, media will fill that gap.If a child is tought that they can't hang out with their best friend because they feel like they might me gay, then (for me) it's a logical conclusion that the child will question the parent's morals and search someplace else for another explaination.
