       Finally got back to the gym today, continued on week four of the program I'm running. Deadlifts, push press, farmer's carries.Feels great! But, I'm also beat after having largely been out for two weeks for a variety of reasons.

       @pseudoramble walking and running mostly. Doing a little bit of strength training as well. Keeping it all basic and building a routine right now.

       @Clifford that's a great idea. Probably one of the biggest foundational pieces you need no matter what activities you like doing.
