       @atomicpoet I am the author of the post you mentioned:https://blog.peerverse.space/why-im-all-in-with-the-fediverse-even-though-i-have-gripes/But I think some of your assumptions aren’t true: by example, there IS a social using XMPP to federate, is named movim ( https://github.com/movim/movim)  and perhaps there are instances, like:https://mov.im/?loginthe problem is, people saying “nobody uses it”, instead of “I don’t know about it” is just the enthusiasm killer.
