       @josh >What the fuck is a BIOS ROM?it's a collection of system files you need to emulate the console if I remember correctly. Why do you need to know this? Just download the files and plug them into the emulator. That's how it works on winblows at least

       @josh I played James Bond 007 nightfire on a ps2 emulator with an Xbox controller through a PC a few years ago, can't remember what program. Don't know what a bios rom is though. Sorry if this didn't help.

       @josh In order to not be illegal, the BIOS of the console is not delivered with the emulation software, you have to google it and download it separately.https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Emulator_files#PlayStation_2 for example.

       @josh You've got to use the bios rom so the game will actually load. If you need one DM me, I recently set up all my emulators and have everything you'd need.

       @josh yes, I've played most of ace combat and replayed a lot of SMT on PCSX2, what bios does exactly I ant remember,, but they're necessary for replicating PS2 software functions, you can find Bios on any torrenting site which offers emulators.
