       I'm interested in moving from mastodon.social to an instance where I am a paying customer; it would be especially awesome if the vendor also provided other hosted libre tools for paying customers, such as an Owncloud/Nextcloud or Jitsi/BigBlueButton instance. I welcome your recommendations & I welcome boosts.

       @Hyolobrika I like being a paying customer for a few reasons. I like it when customer support is responsible to respond to me, I like it when the vendor can depend on my continuing payments because I won't get the service otherwise, and I like it when the vendor has clearly set themselves up for sustainability by charging for the service they're providing. @kgerloff

       @matrixsasuke Thank you, but I only confidently read English and the server rules are in German; I would be concerned about missing something or accidentally breaking a rule or guideline.

       @stux Thank you very much! I'm most interested in instances where ONLY paid customers can be users, because I predict those instances will have the most reliability and have less vulnerability to, e.g., floods of newcomers overwhelming the system, reducing performance, etc. and because I'll be more assured of user support if I need it. But it's very good to know about your offerings!
