Working on getting the Graphene-chan source files (PSD), which I will freely distribute to everyone.

@inference ask the artist if people can use it freely because most artists will (for obvious reasons) not allow people to use commissions that don't belong to the original commissioner

@June Based on their page, there is no restriction they have placed. The site I use typically has a "Commercial usage" restriction when it's not permitted. This seller does not have one.I can ask, but it's not exactly commercial usage since I'm not legally allowed to sell or sub-license the GrapheneOS name or logo, anyway. It's personal usage.Licensing isn't simple... *Sigh*

@June I can also legally share the non-source images, so I don't see why I'd not be permitted to share the same images in a different format (this time being the source files).I think this is jurisdiction-dependent.

@inference they don't need to licence it or anything fancy, just need something that tells other people (not companies or commercial) that they can use it

@inference GrapheneOS logo is already protected by common trademark laws and we already allow people to use it as long as it's not misleading, malicious, etc

@June I talked to flawedworld and strcat about it and they said the same as you. Personal usage and sharing is fine, as long as it's not licensed by anyone else (such as applying CC0 etc) and it's not sold, from what I understand. This is just for fun and fan work. No infringement of GrapheneOS intended. I make people aware of the personal-only/no selling restrictions when I share them, too.

@June Seems okay to the artist if I use them in any personal way, including modification and reuse, so I've purchased the source files.
