       Y'all don't even know how peeved I am right now.USPS marked my package as delivered, but it's not here, was never here, no one came to my house at all.To top it off, the USPS website is broken, so I can't even report it.So peeved.

       @MaleGoddess The upside is that most corpo's are easy to refund....they don't even CS you any more, most are a flow chart where you do 3 clicks and get your money back. I get the impression there's a fair decline in service quality

       @MaleGoddess USPS does that shit to me pretty often. They mark packages as either delivered, or "resident not home", which makes no sense because there's no signature needed, they can just leave it on the porch.Then it shows up randomly later in the week most of the time.They must have a quota or something of how many (or how quickly) packages need to be delivered, so they just mark shit as delivered to meet the quota without even being near the house, then redeliver it later when they have the time.

       @ScourgeOfSocietyMy US postal service has been so shit for the past two years. I have two bills that I have to pay by mail, and it'll be two months before they're delivered.One is the water bill. I can pay online for a $4 convenience fee bullshit. I've gotten at least 6 water shut off notices and had to pay online twice because payment hadn't been received by the shutoff date. It's the same fucking town. And of course the utility will take the online payment and then the mailed in payment.I don't know what the deal is. I think the USPS is self sabotaging. As if the people at the top want to make mail as useless as possible.
