       I'm watching a lot of fitness youtube as I have started to work out and try to build/maintain my muscles. right now a fitness guy I'm watching talks about oil free cooking and reasons that oil has no nutrients like vitamins and minerals etc. duuuude oil is not meant to contain vitamins it is used to make the stuff that contains the vitamins taste very tasty!

       @distel Fat also helps you absorb certain vitamins... Which is a reason for oil in salad dressings.
