       @drgo DOJ, within hours of Musk playing hardball with the twitter board, has started criminal investigations on him. Thus they had that ready to go. I'm guessing Musk knew they would do that and gave them the finger.

       @bimmer they really think Twitter is a gem, I guess. My thought was he was just trying to piss off stockholders by making a great offer and having board reject it because they’re assholes, not because it wasn’t a good offer. Fiduciary duty has consequences when breached.
