       "smart monitors" make me unreasonably angry. It's not a monitor, it's a smart TV. why should a monitor require a Samsung account to work? I bet in a few years the "smart" functionality will be useless and the monitor will be basically useless, like what Samsung has already done to some of their "smart TVs"all Samsung had to do is add an extra HDMI port for plugging in a smart TV dongle and that would be more than enough. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1fV1yewbPk

       all a monitor should do is - Power on and off- display a picture from a port.- let you configure the picture- (optional) have soundit should do nothing else.
