@Zerglingman I actually use hugo for my websites though I don’t know much about websites in general, hopefully they work for most people and are fun to use, I don’t have anything against having a simple website, but i like having a nice feeling and aesthetic in my things is something i value.

@waifu Sure, not making a javascript monstrosity doesn't prohibit aesthetics. CSS being a clusterfuck does. So we solve that problem, instead of shoehorning in the wrong tool for the job:1) Git gud at CSS and make bucketloads training people in it2) Bitch at W3C for eternity to make CSS suck less3) Write a competing styling system, since the system was built with that in mind (and then watch Google refuse to support it, ruining adoption)

@waifu I used to write a log, but thought it was cringe after a while, especially the zsh command returns. The shell prompts are also backwards.I also made a smallish web video player that you could stream to directly via 2 seperate channels with rtmp, this was before peertube implemented it.

@INSTALLGENTOO @waifu I'm currently trying to figure out how to move my navbar from the bottom of the page to the top of the viewport with css, so it doesn't take up tons of space at the top with it disabled (`lynx https://rakka.tk`, the first page of three is 2/3 navbar). position:sticky seems to be unusable here, which is annoying because it's designed specifically for solving the "navbar is on viewport but leaves a gap where it started so it doesn't overlap content".
