       @Ausenseiter @UrbanGardener @GrumpyOldNurse I disagree. Selflessness needs strong and healthy boundaries, if it doesn’t then you burn out or become overwhelmed and can’t help anyone. A tired person makes mistakes and risks becoming a burden rather than a help.
