@shibao As an artist I have abstained from corporate social media influence in order to develop my own ideas away from that sphere in general. Not great for business / exposure but after I'm done brooding in the corner about how Right I am for leaving, I will try to make it work somehow because it ought to.

@bat@cybre.space no shame for artists who decide that twitter provides more value, i think it's kind of pointless to change where anyone "lives" on the internet anyways, but if we want fedi to be more conducive to art, we need to make it so they don't have to abandon twitter's existing art community by going to fedi or whatever
