@BrianCates @justhuman There are 10 district judges and 12 senior judges (plus 1 chief).If Middlebrooks is DQ'd, is it likely HRC will make the same motion for any judge appointed by Trump (of which there are five)? I would hope none of the five Obama judges are next in line. Is the best bet a W or GHWB judge? Possibly a Hobson's choice...
