reposting this since alex shit on me for standing up for you guys and told me he isn't going to deal with public callouts anymore, so i removed the tag, the remainder of this post stands. when you cant approach the people responsible for the software you run on your site it becomes a power struggle between developer and end user and im not doing it anymorewe've been spending many hours fixing a lot of shit in pleroma as far as database is concerned to address a lot of issues, mainly federation but with this I'd like to also mention that due to alex and the soapbox project working on something else, I will no longer be merging their most recent changes into poasts live environment as they are choosing to remove functionality you guys rely on such as the ability to edit and remove lists under the guise of "redesign" and i don't support ostracising the userbase you build your shit on under the guise of 'redesign'I purchased hardware today for me to run shit locally to verify every merge before it's published to poast and I will in the coming weeks work on our own git to reflect thuisit's unfortunate, and unexpected but this may be the kick in the pants we need to financially support revolver and revolver front end full time. i will update this poast going forward with changes we make to the front end where new soapbox changes are merged since breaking changes are on the menu now
