None of these rules have been followed, and the government committee that has sat twice so far doesn't actually have any authority, they just ask questions and have to take whatever bullshit is fed to them.The CHO is supposed to have provided evidence and reasoning for the restrictions currently in place. He has failed to do so for many months now.

We live in an era of JUST IN TIME governance. Nobody is actually at the wheel. Whenever shit goes wrong, or gets questioned, we get the errant student act of, "Oh yes! I'm doing the work right now! We've just discussed that last night and will have an answer soon! The report I was meant to turn in is on its way, I promise!"
