It allows him to put out the facts about what happened without fear countersuits being filed in hostile jurisdictions. It will cost the defendants time and money to fight the civil case.That could mean fewer resources available for the upcoming mid-terms and other nefarious activities.A battle of attrition, wearing down your opponent over time by slowly yet inexorably inflicting losses on them. In time, the losses become unsustainable and the opponent is compelled to disengage.

Local races too, all the way down the line.Heretofore well-supported campaigns could find themselves wanting. They would struggle to find replacements for the people, money, and information that were previously afforded them.I see interdiction as having multiple down-stream implications.

Even if the suit(s) get thrown out, he can still release the evidence (A TON of it!) People will no longer be in the dark, so to speak...

After all, one key component of the Progressive Plan was to use the Courts to implement their policies. This would bypass Legislatures and the Executive Branch. Plus, it would be easier to implement because the Judiciary has a relatively small number of judges...The Administrative State that came out of the New Deal and Great Society only accelerated this (tyrannical) trend.
