The speed at which everything loads has been excellent. My phone and PC both pop up with notifs almost the exact same time. Super quick and smooth. Uploading videos and photos been working great. I don't like the delete and edit function when I just missed a word but fuck it.. fire and forget.

Editing posts would be a bit different on the Fediverse due to its nature. However if I ever become a professional developer I’ll see what I can do. It functions well because it’s not processing that much stuff. If this instance grows to something where I’ll need a team, you’ll notice it may get a bit slower. But at that point I’d compartmentalize the functions (NGINX, Pleroma, Postgres) and load balance it. I don’t think we will get there but who knows. TLDR - thanks, I’m glad you’re enjoying it :)
