Ribs because I have a small family and they're easy to smoke. If we're talking what to eat when you go to the shack in the sketchy part of town for good BBQ and hate crimes, then it's brisket.Pulled BBQ pork is meat floss. Chopped BBQ pork is a thing of beauty.

That looks pretty good, actually. Sweet, you know people in the BBQ circuit?I tend to be a little iffy when it comes to brisket because I had relatives who took me to a place they swore by, and it tasted downright horrific.That brisket was completely butchered.

I've never had BBQ ribs before; we were raised on the traditional, homemade pulled pork, so I tend to favor that. My distant relatives killed whatever openness I had to eating any more brisket BBQ, though (T_T).
