@TheLoneWolf Anyone can make an account on Spinster, and trolls do appear. You can block or mute though. You may also be seeing other people in other instances on the Fediverse. You can tell by the title that follows the the second @ in a username.Spinster can be an echo chamber of a sort, a refuge for those that know what is a woman, but most of the world knows that, tbh.I am sorry you are having a negative experience.

The warning should be automatic, instead of, you know, pushing forced teaming... 🙄 A lot come here to have peace and quiet, have good discussions, no TERF censorship. If they don't know where to go for a proper feed, I certainly do understand how jarring it must be if they're not expecting it

@LisbonMuse @Hollahollara @TheLoneWolf Maybe, I never go there now that I know. There should also be a blurb on top of the profile settings in case you skipped the warning under the tab. Maybe the interface is different depending on which software you're using? 🤷♀️
