       @The_Fluffbringer We call it Hackbraten (Hackfleisch = minced meat). It's a thing, though Frikadellen (same ingredients) are much more popular.

       @VIcFury @The_Fluffbringer There's another difference. Frikadellen are made in a pan with a lot of oil, that's why they are more popular here.  The meatloaf is made in the oven, so it is much dryer.

       @HockeyDoxie @The_Fluffbringer No, not the same as Köttbullar. Frikadellen come in different sizes and are a typical food on party buffets. When eaten for dinner they are served with cauliflower and potatoes. Yes, sometimes with mashed potatoes. 🥘
