@thisisthebreath @CattleBaron @archfan5 probably true, guys at work are buying ski boats for $150k, sprinter camper vans $200k. Most of the cars they are buying are $70k plus.

@thisisthebreath @Sideways @CattleBaron Last year, I talked with one of my contacts at a Structural Insulated Panel company and he said they price increases to customers was only about 20% when lumber was up over 200%.

@archfan5 @Sideways @CattleBaron makes sense. SIPS are engineered to use as little lumber as possbile. considering their raw material costs, labor, and markup, its very possible they passed the 200% increase right along and it was 20% on the backend
