       Reading the actual news , it’s just regular clean up of fraud activity that is routine of every exchange for fraud from any country. The title, however, is engineered to sound like Coinbase has a special operation targeting Russia.Binance was more honest on what they would do.

       @TitoTill I'd say almost all exchanges "cook the books", so I suggest you controlling your own wallet (could be on a phone) with your own backup of your keys. Not your keys, not your coins.@Humpleupagus
