@blinry where I created an alt.* Usenet group in 1991 - leading to a shitstorm at my University as I wasn't even supposed to be using the Internet externally and had also been "hacking" DBP-Telekom to access a satellite to use the WWW (although DBP and TU München had left the link open deliberately, it was only the uni management in London who made a fuss about everything)

@blinry You made me search the forgotten depths of the internet :-)My oldest Usenet posting seems to be from January 1997.The first snapshot of my first website in the wayback machine is from January 1999 (hosted on our university web server by simply putting some html files into a certain directory under my home folder).

The oldest traces I made myself are probably Wikipedia edits from 2006.The oldest trace about me I could find is a post on my school's website from 2004! With a photo! 😆

@blinry 1993 talking about running muds on an Amiga. There is probably some hamradio related thing earlier than that but cannot find it.Possibly if there was some online log of the muds I played on in 89 using a friend's borrowed uni account that would be the earliest.

@blinry Oldest publicly available is probably from 2009 in very badly written french, interestingly the things I checked from back then are still online.Older would be chatroom logs but that's very probably lost to time.
