I've been dialing in my roast process using a Behmore and it's been producing nice results.RE: that rare Indonesian coffee, a lot of that stuff is just a gimmick. @Viking What was the most noticeable difference to regulatory coffee? I never had the opportunity to taste it.My dad bought me this coffee back in 2014 (from Thailand) I still have the package because it was the best coffee I ever had. Most noticeable difference with this coffee was that it felt like cream/silk in your mouth.

@Tante_Neel It had the "earthy flavor" which is common to Indonesian coffees.Not super duper great like some Yemeni or Panama coffees.
