Sadly all Ukrainian/western propaganda.I'm certain that a small group of brave Ukrainians are fighting like hell. Good luck to them. I hope they give Putin's boys hell.But the surge of panicked Ukrainians towards open borders tells the true story. As does the fact that Russian forces find themselves within a mile or 2 of the center of Kyiv, just 48 hours from the invasion.Putin wins this easily. It amazes me how western experts dismiss Putin as an insane and reckless gambler, who doesn't know what he is doing.Look at Chechnya - the evil SOB already knows what to do in Ukraine, if they resist too much. They will be crushed. Putin can be deterred.But he must have the fear of God put into him.And it can only be delivered by someone he respects and fears.Without that, Putin WILL attack. And he will keep going.That's reality.

@REX “Facts on the ground” are the only thing that matters, and I can assure you, no news reporter, arm-chair “military expert”, or TV pundit knows what the “facts” are. This is why it is critical to wait and see how reality plays out before proffering “opinion disguised as fact”. Take it from me, war sucks for everyone involved, and the sooner this gets resolved, the better for everyone. There will be plenty of time to analyze after the shooting stops.

@RangerJohn BINGO.One fact is certain - Russian forces are within 2 miles of Kyiv's centre, to the West East North and South.Kyiv falls, Ukraine falls.Miracles can happen. I hope they do now. But they won't.What angers me is that we betrayed these poor souls. Brave Ukrainian citizens are out there fighting Putin's troops.The US/NATO/EU nowhere to be seen.Shameful, cowardly and embarrassing stuff.

@REX @RangerJohn It's truly shameful, mostly because I'm not truly convinced that Biden telling China about US intelligence on this whole mess was just a "Oops, I'm senile, and I thought Xi was my buddy" moment. I believe the current US government is appeasing the Russians, just to keep the peace and keep Russian oil flowing into Europe.

@REX I'm reading other theories (of many) on Putin's agenda, for example,Isn't Ukraine the heart of the Biden/Clinton/Obama money laundering machine? If so, it appears Putin knows exactly what he's doing: crushing the elites. We know he hates Hillary and probably Biden/Obama too. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
