ive asked many people, but no one has the answer.exactly why, or how, is israel "our best allie"?seems to me, all they do is stir up a mess, then play victim, while getting 'big brother' to fight the 'bullies' for them. where is the benefit to anyone but israel?we dont even use them as a base of opertations in the middle east. it SEEMS like theyre a more of a liability than an asset. anybody want to set me straight here?

@MtnStateNomad Well, I’m assuming they can be used to funnel tax money into the private accounts of politiciansThey are probably the best at doing that, so that might be why they are the best allies

@MtnStateNomad Israel resists and undermines the Islamic countries of the Middle East. They keep Iran from getting nuclear weapons. They are certainly the enemy of our enemies who have openly stated they want to wipe Israel and the US off the face of the Earth.Israel is called the Little Satan and the US the Great Satan, so that's a reason to ally with them against the Muslims.

@MtnStateNomad The theory is multifaceted. First, it is the only real democracy in the region. Second, white guilt and shame for the prior treatment of Jews for a large portion of history. Third, they are our “Cuba” for fighting the other sand people. Which we need as a threat to maintain our life blood oil. Fourth, the evil followers of the beast battle the Jews at the end of times so wanting to be on the right side of that battle. Then you have Jews in many power positions here.

@MtnStateNomad it’s biblical for a lot of people. I think they’re the second most evil country on earth. We’d be far better off letting them do their own thing. We’d certainly have more friends.You can be cool with Jews and hate Israel, assuming you don’t say it in public.

@MartinDeLaToot i openly criticize since i have the jew card to pull. 😆. My grandparents (moms side) left germany in the 1930s cause of the anti jew climate. Most passed for aryan except my grandfather who was a "black jew" because of mongol genes in the mix making him dark complected.
