       Does anyone know how to properly use hashtags? They work like TAGS; you can use multiple tags at once such as #linux and #mastodon and see other posts that used the tag. They also work like posting to groups without groups. If there’s no hashTAG, there’s just no tag.Hastags don’t work if you use them like #HashtagsAlwaysWin without context. Think about their use in IRC and derivatives (i.e. Discord, Matrix, etc.) Need more explanation? Please reply with #UseHashtagsProperly

       Just reposted 14 posts from #linux...Had to unrepost one of them. It was just saying to watch Linux Experiment’s video saying to focus on desktop environments instead of just distros.

       @james I just watched this, too. (on #peertube). I think I generally agree. I recommend the Cinnamon desktop for most people new to Linux (with #LinuxMint, but I guess I could just recommend Cinnamon).
