Like the other guy said there might have been some cases where people were unfairly attacked related to it. That might have spawned this counter meme to spread in real time online. I think you're hung up on finding the source for a definition. The connotation of the "slur" has always meant, for lack of a better phrase, 'uppity white bitch,' as it seems to have originated on black twitter.
